Amkor Holdings (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides rental housing and related leasing services. This policy explains what information we collect from prospective applicants, applicants, and tenants, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using AmkorHoldings.com or communicating with us by phone, text message, or email, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us: your name, phone number, and email address; the home you are interested in; income documentation you submit for pre-qualification (such as bank statements, pay stubs, benefit letters, or housing voucher paperwork); identity verification photos you submit before a showing; and information you include in calls, text messages, emails, and forms. If you submit a rental application, additional screening information is collected by our third-party screening provider under its own terms.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, tell you about available homes, pre-qualify your household income, schedule and provide showings, verify identity for property access, process rental applications, provide tenant services during a tenancy, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the service providers that act on our behalf solely to deliver our messages (such as our telephone and messaging platforms) and disclosures required by law.
Our text messages are conversational and informational: links to our available homes and forms, pre-qualification and application steps, showing scheduling, and status updates about an inquiry you started. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP or contacting us below. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting from us.
How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our property-management software, document and form processors, messaging and telephone platforms, and the third-party background screening company that processes rental applications — and when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our residents and properties.
Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and record-keeping obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Income and identity documents are used for qualification and verification purposes only.
Your Choices
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of the information we hold about you, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
Fair Housing
We follow all federal, state, and local fair-housing laws. The identical qualification process applies to every applicant.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
