About Us
We are a small management company that serves small groups of investors that have a heart for those that need quality affordable housing. In the early 2000s, the investors and us needed quality affordable housing, needed government assistance, and were in no position to financially assist others. We were in the position to take responsibility of our lives, set goals to do well onto others, and follow God’s call to put others above ourselves. Serving others as Christ did onto us is our goal.
Our mission, from our various walks of life, is to provide quality affordable homes to families, retirees, and anyone else that realizes that their actions have a profound affect on others. We hope that every tenant comes to realize that their actions can determine whether or not they or someone has a home in the future. For example, some tenants treat homes like a disposable diaper and leave homes a mess upon move-out. This costs the next tenant. Some tenants don’t pay rent, which leads to less affordable housing development. Some tenants don’t report water damage that can make the home uninhabitable in a short time since water is the most damaging substance to homes. We all need to do our part to take care of these homes, to take care of one another, to ensure a lengthy and health tenancy, and to ensure the next generation can enjoy what we leave behind after we are gone.
