These terms govern your use of AmkorHoldings.com and your communications with Amkor Holdings (“we,” “us,” or “our”) by phone, text message, email, and our online forms. By using the site or communicating with us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Our Services
We list available rental homes, pre-qualify prospective applicants, schedule showings, and process rental applications. Listings, rents, deposits, and availability can change at any time without notice; the current information is what appears on our available-homes page. Nothing on this site or in our communications is a promise of approval or an offer to lease — a tenancy exists only under a signed lease.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Amkor Holdings sends conversational, informational text messages related to inquiries you start: links to our available homes, income pre-qualification and verification forms, showing scheduling, identity verification, application links, and status updates.
How you opt in: by verbally agreeing during a phone call with our leasing line (for example, saying yes when asked “Would you like me to text you the link?”); by texting us first at (704) 228-2540 or another of our numbers; or by submitting your mobile number on one of our inquiry or verification forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting from us.
Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply — contact your carrier for details.
Opting out and help: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP, email manager@amkorholdings.com, or call (704) 228-2540 for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Applications and Screening
Pre-qualification (income and deposit review) is free. The rental application carries a non-refundable fee per adult, paid to a third-party background and credit screening company. Our screening criteria are published at screening-criteria.html. Submitting false or altered documents is grounds for denial.
Fair Housing
We comply with all federal, state, and local fair-housing laws and apply the identical qualification process to every applicant.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site or our communication channels, including by submitting false information, interfering with the site’s operation, or using our content, listings, or photos for any purpose other than evaluating our homes.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site and our communications are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our messaging, or from delayed or undelivered messages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
