Evict-O-Matic is a service of Amkor Holdings, LLC, a property management company. We are not a law firm. Our staff are not attorneys, and we do not give legal advice. We prepare documents, file them, and track cases as the client’s agent. Agent appearances are limited to small claims summary ejectment hearings, as North Carolina law allows. District court and appeal appearances are by licensed North Carolina attorneys. Court filing fees, sheriff fees, and other third-party costs are billed at cost. Nothing on this page guarantees a court, clerk, or sheriff result.
