Terms I understand Evict-O-Matic is a service of Amkor Holdings, LLC, a property management company acting as my agent, and is not a law firm. I will sign the Evict-O-Matic Services Agreement, including its release and waiver of claims, before any case is filed. I understand no outcome is guaranteed, and court costs and appearance hours are billed separately.
